Our Lineage
TVS Next was founded with a destiny to grow, succeed and last for decades. Our lineage sets us apart with sound business practices for over a century.
Our origin goes back to 1911, when a young timber merchant T.V Sundram Iyengar fascinated by the gleaming new automobiles whizzing past his depot, decided to import a couple of buses that could offer many people the experience of quicker road travel.
He dreamt of larger things and was not content with managing smaller businesses like bus fleet operations or vehicle servicing. He wanted to build a company that would create a family of like-minded individuals pursuing only the best in quality and standards.
Today TVS Next is part of a globally diversified conglomerate with business across automotive, financial services, logistics, real estate, auto & electrical components, and electronics.
We are a team of talented engineers and designers who partner with high growth businesses to reimagine, design and develop software that builds a better future. Together, we’re making a difference in the world by empowering people to do more with their lives.

MD & CEO
Vinod has over twenty years of experience in defining business roadmaps and leading organizations. He has also spent over a decade with global technology consulting firms and has chaired several industry forums.
R Dinesh
A fourth generation TVS family member, Dinesh is the Managing Director of TVS Supply Chain Solutions (formerly known as TVS Logistics Services) and the Joint Managing Director of T.V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Private Limited. He also serves as Director for various joint ventures and subsidiaries of these companies.
R Dilip Kumar
Dilip Kumar is a qualified chartered accountant and company secretary. He has around thirty years of experience in accounts, finance, taxation and legal.
Sadagopan Srinivasan
Sadagopan has over forty years of experience in corporate planning, factory planning, logistics, administration and information technology. He headed the IT function of Sundram Fasteners for twenty years overseeing various transformations and ERP implementations. He has also published several articles in leading journals.
